This Privacy Policy explains how LifeChange Longevity ("LifeChange," "we," "us") collects, uses and shares information when you visit lifechange.health or contact us by phone, text or email.
Who provides your care
LifeChange Longevity is a wellness brand. Medical services are provided by independent, licensed healthcare providers, and prescriptions are filled by licensed pharmacies, through our telehealth platform partner. Health information you share during an online visit is collected and protected by those providers and partners under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) and their own privacy notices.
Information we collect
- Information you give us: your name, email, phone number, mailing address, the treatments you're interested in, and anything you tell us when you call, text or email.
- Information collected automatically: device and browser type, IP address, pages viewed, links clicked and the site that referred you, collected through cookies, pixels and similar tools.
- Information from partners: order status, subscription and billing status from our platform partner, so we can support you.
How we use information
- To respond to you and help you start or continue treatment
- To send service messages such as order, shipping and refill reminders
- To send marketing messages, with your consent where required
- To run, secure and improve our website
- To measure our advertising and understand which content is useful
- To meet legal obligations and enforce our terms
How we share information

Text messages
If you give us your mobile number, you agree that we may text you about your inquiry, orders and offers. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent to marketing texts is not a condition of purchase. We do not share mobile numbers or text-message consent with third parties for their marketing.
Cookies and advertising
We use cookies and pixels, including from advertising platforms such as Meta and Google, to measure visits and show relevant ads. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings and opt out of interest-based ads at optout.aboutads.info. Our site does not respond to Do Not Track signals.
Your choices and rights
You may ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or opt out of marketing, by calling or texting 855-597-2777. Depending on your state, you may have additional rights, such as the right to know what we collect and to opt out of targeted advertising. We will not discriminate against you for using these rights.

We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as the law requires.
Children
Our services are for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
